Roomandroomies.com utilizes the PARAM POS secure payment system infrastructure for all payments. You can use all bank credit cards with varying installment options, up to 6 installments.
Can I make a payment upon delivery?
We do not accept payment upon delivery.
Can I make a payment through a bank transfer or EFT?
We do not accept orders with bank transfer or EFT payments.
Is it safe to shop on Roomandroomies.com?
Your credit card information is processed over a secure infrastructure provided by the PARAM POS secure payment systems, with a PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. During this process, your information is only transmitted to the bank, and Roomandroomies.com does not retain any information related to your credit card.
Returns

We do not offer an exchange option.


You can return the product within 30 days from the date it was delivered.


It's important that the product you're returning remains in a resalable condition and is packaged securely.


To initiate your return, please send your item to our address in Kadıköy, Istanbul, with Kolay Gelsin (...........). Please provide the reference number (returns sent without a reference number will not be accepted), your order name, and ROOM & ROOMIES as the recipient.

How can I ship my return to you?
You can send your return to our address in Kadıköy, Istanbul, with Kolay Gelsin (...........). Please provide the reference number (returns sent without a reference number will not be accepted), your order name, and ROOM & ROOMIES as the recipient.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the product you've returned, it will be examined by our inspection team. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your payment method, in accordance with your bank's online payment system. The refund should reflect in your account within 1-7 business days.
Is there a return fee?
Returns made using the courier companies we have an agreement with are free of charge. For returns made through other courier companies, the return fee will be your responsibility.
